Public Holidays to be Advised

Note: Emailing directly to the practice times are Mon-Friday : 8.30 am – 4.30 pm, after hours will be followed up in the morning.

Please ensure you advise our receptionist if you prefer a particular doctor.

If you feel your consultation will take longer than a standard appointment

(eg. medical, excisions, pap smear), please advise receptionist so that allowances can be made to ensure the doctor is on time.

We do see walk-in patients as well but please be aware if it is busy a waiting time may occur.

Urgent or emergency cases will be seen immediately.

After Hours Arrangements

Visits by our doctors to your home or a nursing home can sometimes be arranged for our regular patients. Please ask your doctor or discuss particular situations with our reception staff.

If you require urgent medical treatment outside our operating hours, contact Home DR Service on 13 74 25. All emergencies please contact the nearest hospital and/or Ambulance service on 000.

Home Visits

Refer to after-hours care contact Home DR Service and/or contact reception and leave a detailed message for your doctor.

Cancellations

If you are unable to keep an appointment, please notify the receptionist as soon as possible so that we can allocate the appointment time to another patient.
